WORKING WITH A GAF
MASTER ELITE® ROOFING CONTRACTOR

The GAF Master Elite® Certification is a factory certification program that ensures ongoing training for roofing professionals. This award is the mark of a top roofing contractor, and those who have achieved this prestigious distinction are held to a very high standard.

Earning this distinction is something only the top 2% of roofing contractors in the United States have done, and of the 2000+ roofing contractors in Connecticut, only 14 have earned it. GAF Master Elite contractors are able to offer customers the best roofing installations and warranties available on the market. To retain this distinction, Harmony Home Improvement must:

  • Complete extensive factory-certified training
  • Be A+ rated with the BBB
  • Be licensed in Connecticut
  • Be current with distributor in receivables
  • Have a minimum of 7 years in business (we have 20+ years!)
  • Be adequately insured
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional training
  • Have a good reputation among customer base
"We recently hired Harmony to replace our roof and install vinyl siding and new gutters. Our experience with Harmony was exceptional. The quality of work was top notch. Dennis kept us informed of every aspect of the job. He was always available (24x7) to answer question and continually stopped on-site throughout the job to inspect progress and insure we were satisfied. Most importantly he is honest and caring; a quality sometimes absence in the home improvement business. I am happy to recommend Harmony Home Improvement."

OUR GAF WARRANTY OPTIONS

Harmony Home Improvement offers a variety of warranties for GAF roofing products, which vary depending on the specific product line and installation method. As a Master Elite roofing contractor, we can offer the best warranties available on their product lines.

The most common warranty offered by GAF is the standard System Plus Limited Warranty, which covers the cost of material and labor for certain repairs due to manufacturing defects for a period of 10-50 years.

The Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty is the highest level of protection offered by GAF, which covers not only the cost of material and labor but also includes an inspection by a GAF factory-certified inspector. This warranty covers a period of 25-50 years.

The Silver Pledge® Limited Warranty is another warranty level offered by GAF, which covers the cost of material and labor for certain repairs due to manufacturing defects for a period of 20-25 years.

It's important to note that the specific terms and conditions of each warranty may vary and it's always recommended to check the warranty document for the specific details of the product and installation method.
